Just wanted to say I knew when I moved into Berley that it was a very old bldg. However, I love it. Sure I have had some issues but maintenance has always been on spot at fixing anything I needed. I cannot rate Connor highly enough. As far as Property Managers go, he has by far been the best I’ve dealt with. His willingness to solve issues in a timely manner and fantastic communication skills has made my leasing period very easy. He has answered not only my and my mom’s questions at the drop of a hat but has become truly a friend. Such a beautiful property with historic charm (which is what drew me here) and conveniently located. Connor, the property manager, is awesome and responsive when it comes to answering any questions I’ve had or helping me place any work orders!
These apartments are so historical and charming! Affordable housing meets character right in a prime location of the heart of downtown Birmingham. Connor diligently works for his residents to be happy. Definitely recommend!
