Went for the first time today while visiting from Utah. Everything was delicious. The waiter was great and we received our food and drinks in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming again when we come to Rexburg again!
We went about 3 weeks ago. The food was very good. For whatever reason every single time we come to The Hickory, the food takes a long time to come out and the service isn't very good. I had to ask for refills and I had to go get a pen from up front to sign the receipt. I know I sound spoiled, but if I'm paying at a sit-down restaurant, you need consistent service to other sit-down restaurants. Luckily, the food keeps us coming back. The new location is nice too!
managers and owners are easy to work w/ if you have a problem, which is very nice. good food, nice people
We just ate at the new location. What a beautiful meal! The pulled pork was well seasoned and tender. But the smoked turkey and beef brisket was outstanding! The turkey had a seasoned rub that knocked if out of the park! The beef brisket had a smoke ring that was perfect and flavor that was honestly some of the best we have tasted. Tiny little buttery bite sized spuds (baker babies) as a side dish are just a party in the mouth! There are 19 flavors of lemonade to choose from! Wait took forever.... Everyone got there food and I finally got my steak after everyone else in out party finished their burgers. Ordered steak medium rare came out well done.....
We had a fabulous time! Food and our server was great! Celebrating a family reunion! Was the perfect venue. Thank you for being so accommodating for are group of 10 kids under 10, and 5 adults. Was a tall order to fill! You all did great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
