Such a darling place and our service was great, too much unseasoned meat for a burger, half the meat with a little flavor would have been so much better. I substituted onion rings for fries that was an added charge and they were horrible, again sliced too big soft breading no crunch and mushy wet onion inside. The food is typically fair. But waiting 45 min for an order(including appetizer) is asinine, I can walk to broulims, purchase a brisket- assemble a new traeger smoker and smoke it myself and still compete with these guys... c’mon....Bigger store front, worse service.
Ya no. They forgot my daughters order. It never showed up so I found a server to see what was the deal and they said it was coming. After a bit no sandwich. I found another server and told them to cancel and I got a “ya of course”. No explanation just a ya sure I’ll cancel it, no apology for forgetting. My steak was cooked perfect but the seasoning was NOT my taste, it was way over seasoned. My baked potato came out plain, they forgot the butter and sour. Really disappointed in the service tonight! We had 3 to-go orders and when we got home, every order was wrong. We called to talk to someone about it and they were unapologetic and rude about the whole thing. We eat here frequently and I feel like they should have been willing to accommodate for the issues.

Traveling from out of town and want to move to Idaho BECAUSE of The Hickory! Best BBQ ever and baked potato was sooo moist and a meal by itself. Our waitress recommended the tiny potato bites cuz they pop in your mouth and they definitely did. Stuffed!!! No room for dessert but they looked so yummy�
From great food to warm hospitality.. this place has it all! Their lemonades are to die for! Everything on the menu was delectable!
Nice restaurant, but it took 45 minutes to get my order and I got it wrong, finally I ordered to go because I didn't have time to eat at the restaurant, the girl was super nice though, trying to help.
