At The Herbivorous Butcher The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is knowledgeable and delightful I hope to be back again as soon as possible! P.s. They are not a sit down restaurant, they are more of a pickup deli and go have a picnic kind of place Obviously not that big of a deal considering the super tasty food you are getting Wish you an abundance of success!
Alright y'all. This is going to be a long one. Immediately I am equally dazzled and disturbed by a meat cleaver shaped door handle leading into this fine and mysterious establishment. This is not your grand mama's vegan cafe. I walk in to employees wearing butcher's aprons and a fast paced (think NY) but very hospitable and helpful service experience. While visiting family over the weekend we stopped in. Great store, picked up a ribs, jerky and cheese for a cookout. Everyone, even the non-veg, liked it. Will definitely visit again! I wish we had a shop here in KS.
