Just tried the pastrami in a Reuben and am both floored and addicted. It was outstanding! Package arrived right on time and sufficiently cool. Hope to see your shop move to the DC Metro area in the very near future.

I am a part time vegetarian willing to explore veganism. I tried the maple sage sausage. Taste and texture were excellent. I was also happy to discover that almost all of their products are nut free. I will definitely go back.
I finally got here over the weekend and purchased the Korean ribs. Delicious! Great flavor and meaty texture. The smoke adds the final touch.
