Best quality seitan I've ever had. And I've had my fill over the last 20 yrs.
This place is so amazing! They give new meaning to plant based protein and I have yet to try something I am not absolutely crazy about. My latest love...the cold cut sub. Delish!!!

A great place to go to find vegan food for those transitioning, great for vegans, and great for those looking for a healthier and humane meat. Plus a great crew working there, always willing to answer questions.

Got a chance to go to Minneapolis to visit our spiritual teacher and made it a point to go to the herbivorous butcher.... It was so good we made two more trips....you Minnesotans are one lucky group of people!!!
