The maintenance team is very professional and is always willing to go the extra mile to help and fix any issue. The concierges are very attentive and welcoming. They offer special events and treats for the residents. I love the wednesday’s breakfast bar and the dog events. I love this building!

Lived here for a year and I loved it. Really well maintained, good quality finishes, helpful and welcoming staff. If I had maintenance issues, management acted very quickly. And the rooftop is probably the best you'll ever see in DC (I've toured 20+ apartment buildings -- I know!). Lots of community events too. But as with all apartments there are trade-offs with location, quality, and price-- in which case the Hepburn is (unsurprisingly) on the pricier side. I would've stayed longer if I could!
