When we first met Kathy Lindley (Team member of the Henry Group) she seemed like a nice person, however, as time passed we realized that she had issues with both competency and being entirely truthful with her statements. In fact it become so severe we actually had to meet with her broker/boss to get several issues resolved. We were in an unfortunate situation of needing to sell 3 beach condos due to my health issues. David and his team were the consummate professionals in making each of the 3 transactions as smooth as possible, in an unfriendly market. He explained up front how everything was likely to go and the pieces fell into place just as he described. We were very blessed to have found David to work with.
Andrea Torbert was the easiest realtor to work with. She gave us all the information we needed and we never worried about anything with her. We live a couple of hours away and she went above and beyond to help us see condos by recording video and taking pictures. She was also very patient with us. Never pushy (which I liked and appreciated). Thank you Andrea, We love our second home!
