Would not recommend. Overpriced, neighbors are rude, and you can hear through the walls and floors. 4/10.

Great place, awesome location- especially if you are outdoorsy and active! Rebecca, Tarnesha and Chaydia are AMAZING! I relocate a lot for work and have had good and bad apartment experiences. My advice after living in quite a few apartments- take the negative reviews with a grain of salt until you tour the property, meet the team and get a feel for yourself! Booking a tour is super easy- you can do it here on FB or on their website- takes 1 minute =)!
i enjoy this place because of the perfect location, restaurants, grocery, and downtown. perfect for runners and bikers. i have used my bike more than ever before.
TERRIBLE customer service. Once you sign the lease, these people do NOT care about you. I've talked to teenagers with minimum wage jobs who have better customer service skills.
Be sure your apartment is spotless when you move out. They will charge you for a little dust on your floor. You know that they go in and clean anyway for the next renters but they want to charge you. Anyway to get money out of you. $830 is not worth the tiny 1 bedroom. Bathroom is very small.
Awesome atmosphere to live. Accommodation is tremendous for individuals that live here. It has a great view for the prices they offer and they are responsible
