THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! I applied with a DC IZ certificate and I might go as far as saying I was discriminated against because of this! I had to hound people down for almost 2.5 months just to get a final response like in this pic attached! Never have I needed a "grantor/co-signer" for any apartment or vehicles I've had.
