Only once since I've heard of this joint did I get something I thought wasn't the freshest. They replaced it without question. The staff had ALWAYS been cordial. The fare puts nearly every other market to shame! Especially those worried more about corporate profits than great treats.
My mother contacted Lorraine at The Heavenly Donut Company to help order donuts for my wedding. We had several really good vendors assisting with my wedding reception but Lorraine was by far the best to work with. She made the whole process from contact to delivery super easy and accommodating. She made perfect suggestions on flavors and amounts and even took the theme we wanted and had donuts decorated for it. Above and beyond service and wish I could give more stars!
