The staff was amazing. They were very knowledgeable about their services and they’re very nice! When I first started I was crazy puffy my eyes my face and my arms since I have Doing the infrared sauna I have been so relaxed I feel like I don’t even need them to talk to me or anything just let me go back to the meditation room and said that’s how relaxing it is anyways this place is amazing and I will refer it to everyone I can talk to you I hope your experience is as good as mine
Staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been using the sauna for almost a month and I miss it when I don’t have a chance to go. Yesterday I had my first acupuncture and it was awesome experience! I would highly recommend it to all who want to treat their body as their temple! If you don’t have your health, all your $$ in the world doesn’t matter! �
Jessica the owner is amazing!! She is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional!! Her passion for helping Hampstead live healthier lives can be seen in every aspect of this place. The facility is always clean and very well decorated, creating a nice peaceful atmosphere to enjoy your treatment. Highly recommend Kathi at The health institute of Hampstead. I’ve had cupping therapy on my knee and in two sessions, my knee is 95% better from torn cartilage.
Kathy was wonderful. I never tried a cupping massage but she made me totally comfortable and explained the benefits of it compared to regular massage
I went to the health institute and had a 35 minute facial massage and all I can say is "FANTASTIC"!!!! Their staff was extremely welcoming and their establishment was very clean and fang shui!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to feel amazing!!
RecommendedI spent a wonderful morning starting with the far infrared therapy, a warm and relaxing experience with meditative music followed by a warm shower to wash away all the nasty toxins. I then enjoyed a foot soak and a 60-minute massage with Kathy and finished off with a 30-minute salt therapy. It was a delightful morning. I was pampered in a beautiful clean atmosphere. This is a Wellness Center not your usual Day Spa! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Five *****!!
