I feel so fortunate to have found Ken and Jeff. I was in so much pain from a pinched nerve in my neck it was difficult to even sleep. When I called they got me in immediately and between the acupuncture and massage, by the end of the treatment I was sleeping like a baby. Both would not stop till they were able to get me relief. I cannot say enough about this place and I promise you will be a different person when you leave. Thank you guys!!!!
Staff very friendly and helpful. We love the sauna. The salt den, the cupping massage are wonderful. Amazing job overall!!
Had a truly wonderful experience here. Kathy was amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. My 8 yr old daughter had her first ever massage and really enjoyed it. We also enjoyed the Salt Den & Infrared Sauna. Highly recommend The Health Institute!
I was having low back pain for a few weeks and after a few cupping massages from Ken and a session of acupuncture with Jeff, my pain has resolved. They dedicate their time to figuring out the exact point of pain and doing the steps needed to fix it. Thanks guys! Go check em out if you “tweaked” something.
Had my first visit with Ken today and all I can say is "wow". I literally came in after suffering for months with lower back pain. Was not able to lay flat on my back prior to coming but barely halfway in he found the troubled area and boom...instant relief . I look forward to finally getting to sleep without having to get in weird positions to not be in pain. The place is lovely and the staff was very helpful. Def first class service and will return.
I had been experiencing severe neck, should and back pain. Visited an orthopedic Doctor, recommended P/T, minimal relief. Months later, the pain had intensified, doctor ordered an MRI, then suggested cortisone shot. No relief. A friend surprisingly had similar symptoms, scheduled time with Jeff, had excellent results. I just had a 90 minute deep tissue massage done by Lauren Nester. It was AMAZING! She knows what she is doing, works your painful areas thoroughly, AND gives you tips afterward on how to further focus on your trouble areas. I made a second appointment with her. Seriously, give her a try! The environment is peaceful and calming and the staff is SO nice and accommodating. Thank you, Lauren!
