RecommendedI had my first cupping experience today with Ken....it was PHENOMENAL! WOW! He did an absolutely wonderful job working out my sore shoulder. I already booked my next appointment with him. I highly recommend THIOH for massage therapy. I hope to try acupuncture next!
I have been seeing Kathy for a massage since I moved down here to NC and she is AMAZING!! She is very attentive to your needs and makes you feel like a brand new person after she is done! I highly recommend her to everyone.
OMG I had the most fantastic massage EVER today with Lauren ! She hit every muscle group moved all my joints, stretched areas that really needed it and I have never felt better leaving a massage than today! She is my massage therapist from now on!!👍👍😁 I will try other services there !

This place is awesome! THIOH has such a calming atmosphere, and not to mention Jess and her staff are super amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I had my first acupuncture experience with Jeff, and he was great. Ken did my massage, and he did not disappoint. I left THIOH feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back for more of their services.
I received a Therapeutic massage for my birthday and it was a great gift. Kathy was brilliant! She is very knowledgeable and made me feel super relaxed. I’m writing this two days later and I’m still feeling the benefits. Will definitely be going back again. Thank you!
I had a wonderful massage from Ken on Saturday. It was a win win. All the money collected is going to hurricane recovery. It's been a stressful and sad time. I really appreciate your hands and time Ken. Looking forward to many more visits.
My acupuncture with Jeff at THIOH has been incredible. I have a way to go with my spinal stenosis but this is helping and I highly recommend it.
After a very stressful time going through hurricane Florence this amazing institute offered free acupuncture for stress. The office was peaceful and the people were so kind. I recommend THIOH to all who need some peace and clarity in their busy lives..
