The Health Institute of Hampstead was recommended to me by a coach at my gym after describing some pain I had been experiencing in my lower back/hip. I went for an Accusauge. Hands down the BEST experience I have had with muscle treatment. They listened and focused on my chief complaints. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Love, love them, Professional, knowledgeable . My daughter is home on brake from college and preparing for a power lifting competition. Ken did amazing Job on her IT Bands. Looking for to booking another apt for my other daughters who is also athlete while she is in season .
Professional and knowledgeable. I went in with hip pain that has been going on for over a year. Had my first Acupuncture appointment and feel great walking out! Highly recommend!
I have been twice. This place is excellent! All the staff are terrific. Ken & Jeff have helped me feel much better with the massages and acupuncture. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a really special place. In the past, I carried a membership at a chain massage therapy business. I cancelled because I wasn’t getting the level of skill that I was seeking and it also bothered me that the employees weren’t continuing education and/or aware of what a balanced healthy lifestyle could look like.
