I have benefited tremendously from my FIR sauna membership! I am an autoimmune (Sjogren's Syndrome) and scoliosis patient, as well as a violinist. Swelling has decreased at my eyelids (allowing for greater tear production,) lymph nodes, digits, and knees. I have a much less inflammatory response from insect bites (mosquito bites used to look like wasp stings for me.) My systolic BP has decreased by 20 mm Hg! My weight and body fat have decreased. I am having issues with my back and have been in pain for over 2 months. After many doctors visits and prescriptions, I thought I would try acupuncture to see if it gave me any relief. I called THIOH early Friday morning and explained my situation. They were so accommodating and understanding and arranged a 5:00p appointment (who does that on a Friday night??)
