I was in extreme pain about two months ago when I started massage therapy with Dana. I had upper back and neck pain as well as lower back and hip pain. I have been spending way too much time in my yard gardening and not paying attention to my posture. I am now getting a massage every three weeks and I feel great. Dana is very knowledgeable and has a very nice personality. She intuitively knows where your pain is and concentrates on those areas.
Saw Dana today, she is AMAZING!!! Took the time to explain the things I need to do to keep my body in good working order! I will definitely be back to see her!
I saw Dana yesterday… she listened to what I had to say regarding a massage… I didn’t need a massage… I needed bodywork… she delivered and was so helpful in giving me instructions and resources for stretching… let it be known I am an over the top type A personality with a history of PTSD so it’s a lot of body tension to release… I’ve already booked my next two appointments… it’s the next day and I still feel relieved… I’m sure she does a great job on the relaxation massage … but she heard me and felt the tension in all parts... read more
Dana is amazing! My low back feels so much better just after two sessions with her! She also taught me how to do some stretches to help with my tight hamstrings, IT band and low back. She is super knowledgeable. I also learned that lemon essential oil helps to clear sinuses. Thank you Dana!
Dana is a wonderful massage therapist. Very helpful with all my issues. Will definitely be back! Spa was very nice, quiet and relaxing.
