Has it been 5 years since we moved into an apartment at the Haven at Commons Park? To this day, we still love living here! We have all the room we need. All the amenities we could ever want. We are right in the middle of everything, yet far enough off the beaten path. We can walk to the theater with our big bucket! Our electric bill is almost nothing! The staff is great to work with. Our AC went out last night and this morning after a short visit from Johnathan in Maintenance we were back in business. NO CHARGE! Also had a s... read more
Stayed here about 6 month and we had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful!
After signing clearance papers w/o any deficiencies and being told 100% of deposit was going to be mailed out, MGMT kept more than 60% of it and the reason was a 2nd inspection was conducted w/o my presence... Smh
We moved here almost 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier! We checked out quite a few different places and we are so glad that we came here. The apartment is spacious, it's quiet here, the grounds are beautiful, the pool is great, it's convenient to everything and the management ...Christie, Rachel and Brooke...couldn't be better! I highly recommend The Haven at Commons Park!
I've now loved at Haven for about 1.5 years. Initially I would have rated 4 stars due to limited cable/internet providers (AT&T DSL) to choose from. But They just upgraded their phone lines for Uverse, so I now have zero complaints!
I am in my second year here and have loved it. The staff are great and very helpful!!! The other renters could pick up after their dogs better!!!! But the staff can't stop that!!!!!
