I've NEVER experienced quicker service in all the years I've been getting my nails and feet done. I'm from Wash DC & the nail salons in the DMV area don't do your nails and give i a pedicure at the same time... nor did they stopgap go work on someone else eyebrows etc.. While leaving you to wait. That's what in talking about..I LOVED THE SERVICE, I will be back in November. (Now on the flip my daughter said she saw a ring around the pedicure tub next to her where they were about to do my sons feet but unfortunately he change... read more

One thing I always hate about getting my nails done is I feel like no one actually listens to your concerns and wants. It has always bothered me seeing as a full acrylic set and a pedicure can cost close to $100! KEVIN at The Haute Spot blew me away with his attention to detail and willingness to talk me through the process since I have had so many bad experiences. He is definitely my guy from now on!
