This is a beautiful property right in the middle of Franklin TN with old world charm and rustic cafe's, restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Service is good amd the old world Southern hospitality is at it's best!! French bakeries and Irish pubs to Traditional Southern eateries are all there. Will highly recommend!
We had an absolutely amazing experience during our staycation @ the Harpeth. After having to cancel our babymoon in Charleston we decided to book a short stay at the hotel where we had our rehearsal dinner (also an amazing experience). When we told Susan at the front desk how we ended up booking our stay she upgraded us to a nicer room at no charge and recommended a ton of options. Absolutely top of the line service and experience!
We are Three women on a girls trip. The bathroom only had one sink. When I asked the reception at the hotel if we could change to a room with two sinks, she said none of the rooms, including the suites, had more than one sink. The space in the bathroom is very poorly designed.
I have been on business travel since July and have the pleasure of staying at Harpeth! Being away from home and family for so long can be exhausting; however, when you find a warm, friendly environment like Harpeth...the time away is manageable. During my stay here, I've had a foot injury, debilitating migraine, and death of 2 family members. The care the Harpeth team showed me throughout all of this reminds me of the beauty of humanity.
