The Harpeth has become my go-to hotel when we stay in Franklin. I’ve always had a great experience there, from check-in to check out. I’ve had complimentary turn-down service, and indulged by having champagne sent to the room. I think valet could be slightly more affordable, but the great location means that you can walk around Franklin without ever having to get in the car. I hope to have many more experiences here!
Great accommodations, off the beaten path, restaurants nearby. However, pillows are not comfortable at all. Music in the early morning hours in the main garden outside windows was too loud.
Supposedly, it's a better brand among the Hilton chain, but the room was just eh'! The pillows were tough, bed was uncomfortable, air-conditioning was out of control, shower soap caddy was hung far away from the shower to walk to in an open no door shower so you get cold air hit you in between showering. The shower had flow control, so low volume and not satisfying. The cabinet where the coffee maker sits is very cheaply built. This has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Chris, was fantastic, we had a text message communication to the front desk if we needed anything, which we took advantage of! Room service was excellent, food was tasteful. Room was kept clean. The service you get here is not your typical hotel, they go above and beyond! Thank you!
