Nice hotel with a convenient location to Downtown Franklin. A but pricey as are most of the retail places here, but always fun to walk around. Room was okay. Smelled a bit like urine, no soap or conditioner in the shower (not sure of the shampoo), and the elevator wasn't working, but I'd stay again.
Always a pleasure to stay at the Harpeth. Rooms are clean, and the most comfortable shower in the world! Also, the coffee in the coffee shop is the best. Wish the coffee shop opened at 6:00 am instead of 7:am.
We love this place! Services are great! Just ask what you need and you'll receive!
Right in the heart of downtown Franklin, the Harpeth is absolutely incredible! The staff are very attentive and accommodating. The baristas in the coffee shop were a delight to speak with every morning and they made a fine morning pick-me-up! Our room was beautiful and the staff provided service twice a day! When my wife and I came back each evening after dinner, our bed was folded neatly and topped with two cookies that were delicious.
