I was in Franklin for a conference somewhat nearby (held at The Factory). The Harpeth was a charming hotel that was conveniently located and within walking distance to my conference. The room was clean, stylish and updated and very comfortable and I especially enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the front of the hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of historic Franklin, making it so easy to walk to all the amazing shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, from the valet to the front desk. They make guests feel welcome! Overall, The Harpeth Franklin Downtown is recommended for anyone visiting Franklin. It offers historic charm, modern comfort, and exceptional service in a prime location. A return visit is anticipated!!
One of our favorite hotels! Amazing service, beautiful lobby ambiance, delicious food, super comfortable and clean rooms! Above all, Susan has been amazing and taken great care of us! Highly recommend!!!
