We recently purchased my first Harley FLRT there. Todd Hooper was our Sales Associate and made this purchase go perfectly from beginning. We would definitely work with Todd again and purchase another motorcycle from The Harley Shop at the Beach.
Went to Harley everyone was great . Todd Hooper was my sales guy and he was awesome and helped me every way he could . Couldn’t ask for better service
They replaced the front tire on our trike bent the rotor and refused to take responsibility. When my husband complained to the service department he was asked to leave. They don’t understand what customer service is all about.
The service department manger was rude and the technician bent my rotor and claimed they did not do it they changed their story of what they told me when they put my front tire on. I can’t trust them and you should not trust them either
Was visiting while on vacation and went in and shopped and had a question about my bike , friendly service great atmosphere
We just stopped in to say hello and buy a couple T-shirts. The sales lady was very helpful and went to the back to find my size that wasn't on the rack. We talked for a bit, chkd out and on our way we went. Very nice people.
