RecommendedI showed up to the dealership just looking for a new bike and Joe came out and showed me 3 different bikes and after getting shot down one one of the bikes Joe and dealership team went to work and got me back in the saddle a quickly . Tuesday I showed up and I was ready to rolll.... This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers

Just an honest question, not sure if anyone has ever had this issue, but I ordered a windshield, called about 3 weeks after I ordered to find out where it was, and then I was told it was on back order. I asked to cancel the order and return the funds to my card. That was never done and now this shop tells me I have to either take the windshield or pay a restocking fee, even though they are the ones that never canceled the order. Very disappointed with them.
