These guys are top notch! They go out of there way to make you feel welcome. Awesome parts and service department that is very knowledgeable. What was really cool was I had a new headlight installed and when I got my bike back , it was shiny! They had taken the time to wash it. Will be back to see them for sure even tho it is further away by 30 minutes than my local Dealer.
Let's be honest, you can shop the price anywhere. What you are paying for is customer service... Call Anthony, he made my entire purchasing experience a breeze. He was responsive, sincere and competent!
01/30/2018 Today I traded for a new 2017 Ultra Limited Low. The staff were all very friendly. I feel I got a great deal trading my 2007 Ultra for the new Limited Low. Thanks Todd and Jayson for all of your help in making this happen.
First visit. Staff was amazing. They answered every question, volunteered more information and were extremely knowledgeable. They had the newest merchandise and helped me pick a new shirt. They directed me to how to go through their riding class and get my license.
