I bought a limited ultra about a year ago, long story short, too big of a bike for what my wife and I want to do, so I went in looking to trade it in for another bike. Yesterday Todd Hooper took me on four test drives, treated me like I was the only person there and made me feel so comfortable. He put me on a Heritage Classic Softail 114 and I loved it from the word go. He is a great guy to deal with.
