We started off with bloody Mary's, they were quite good. Moved on to the charcuterie plate, 11 varieties of cure meats, outstanding. Finished off with the cheese burger top with short ribs, over the top!
The pot pie was dreamy - great comfort food.. yum yum... the beet salad... a must try... followed by a hot toddy and good company.. great date night!
It's Happy,to be sure, but the Gnome seemed to be out of the building at the moment somehow. The food and beer are indeed very good, but the service was exceptional- by which I mean my friends kept saying that the service was quite good on previous visits and they were mystified that our server on that night was slow. Maybe next time.
Excellent food and service. Tried the Sammie sandwich with kale salad. Highly recommend.
My husband and I love this place, food is great, the company we keep even better. Always have good service and a smile.....hard not to be happy at the Happy Gnome.
Really good food. Really good beer menu and they have nitro cold brew from Blackeye. Doesn't get better than that!
