It's a busy restaurant so I was glad I made a reservation! Food was good. We all had different entrees and everyone was happy.. the burgers were amazing .
Awesome place to hang out for a couple hours Hot Toddy hit the spot and there's a beer for everyone. Best bar in the state !!!
We got seated right away on a busy day. I had a Sierra Nevada Sidecar beer which I could drink all day..had the Game Burger- bison, elk, bacon, horseradish..it was very good.. we'll definitely go back...
We enjoy eating at the happy gnome regularly. We absolutely love the lobster mac n cheese and poutine. It seems like we get both nearly every time we go. Everytime we ordered the lobster mac it comes out with huge hunks of lobster. We ordered it again last night and it was such a let down. The dish remains the same as far as taste, but was lacking all the huge lobster chunks that we love. It was discussed at our table that this may have been a new thing to cut back on costs. My favorite watering hole. But I go for the unbelievably delicious food not the beer, as I don't drink beer. The atmosphere is laid back and extra friendly. The service is speedy and professional. The fries...my fav! It is loud and social. I always find a friend at the bar!
First time at happy gnome and really liked it!!! Had scallops and habanero tacos!!! Both were delicious!! The Bloody Mary was spicy how we like it!!!
