Great place , I love the bloody marrys, great view of the ocean too
The burger I have ever eaten or tried to eat it was huge
The grandkids enjoyed the food and would like to make it to dinner someday
Great food and awesome hippy style ambience! Chicken and waffles were best of anywhere we have had! Unique drinks and nice locals!

*Update: We were contacted by the owner of the restaurant who apologized and offered us a $20 gift card to compensate for the problems… Very gracious and professional gesture, which we appreciate! Thank you! (The Zucchini, Onion Ring and Pickle appetizers are all excellent, by the way!) Everything was great until our server forgot one of our entrees, Mac and Cheese, and 20 minutes into our meal hadn't checked on us… and we were right next to the kitchen!! My hubby and I ate at the Hangout a couple nights ago while on vacation. It's a quaint place, very busy (which shows how popular it is). My hubby ordered for the clam pot, which looked wonderful, and he said it was very good. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder with a side of garlic bread and as a lover of clam chowder, can honestly say it was the best chowder I've ever had! I loved it I had the shrimp or it was amazing the broth had so much flavor oh my my new favorite place so with the hour drive the service was excellent as well mmmm
Food was fantastic and the staff were all happy and helpful. You really need to sell your logo on stickers. We add them to our RV everywhere we go
