Pine Bend & The Hamptons is a GREAT place to live. I've lived here for 8 years. The staff is friendly and always there to help even for the smallest of issues. There are lots of fun activities planned throughout the year. There's no place like Pine Bend & The Hamptons!!!!
Office staff is very personable easy to work with. Any work orders are handled promptly and followed up on to assess satisfaction.
I just moved here and the staff is very professional. They get the job job. I had two work orders put in when I turned in my check list and the next day everything was fixed. Maintenance guys were nice. Ladies in the office are very helpful and answered all my 100 questions lol. I'm very satisfied with my new home!! Moved in and pretty much everything is brand new!!! Only thing I don't like is that I don't have a light out on my patio, and the bottoms of my cabinets are rough finish not smooth (which easy fix I just bought s... read more
I have to constantly ask the office to put a work order in to fix something because maintenance takes their sweet time coming to fix things. The property is unkept ppl dump their garbage on the ground when they are walking or cleaning out their cars. Most of the time the bathrooms by the pools are locked n when they are open theres never any toilet paper or paper towels. Whats the sence of having a pool pass when know one ever checks them! Great place to live Period!! There are times when we all get togther and have fun at the tennis court or the swimming pools, hot dogs.cold drinks, chips, sandwiches, and games,and we get to know our good Neighbors. These are only a few things that go on around here, so all I can say is come on over and join the community..
I have lived here for three years and love it. Never have a problem with neighbors. Always a timely maintenance request response. The only complaint is that we need an outgoing mailbox for our community.
