Staff is very friendly and people are very nice
Overall, we’ve been very happy with our apartment here. We moved in over four years ago, and have no plans to leave any time soon. Our place is nice and comfortable, and maintenance is always quick to fix any problems that may come up. The location is perfect for us. I’d recommend The Hamptons at Pine Bend to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
There is obviously some serious screening of reviews going on here! Thank God for Google!! This apartment complex is horrible! The unit that I was scheduled to move into was subpar to say the least and no where near move in ready on the day that I was scheduled to move in. On top of that, they refused to return my deposit and administrative fees in the amount of $400. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to call home.
I have lived in Pine bend & The Hamptons for six years, I love this place it is nice it's clean, I love the people in the office, the maintenance man, and the ground Keepers a wonderful place to live.
