The restaurant itself was lovely and busy. We didn't have to wait at all for a table for 6 which was awesome. Food was a solid 3.5 but the service was a 1. We waited at our table for about 15-20 minutes before our waitress ever came over and introduced herself. We ordered everything at once. Drinks and food were a little long waiting but our waitress dropped off drinks and actually never came back until the very end when we asked for the check(another waiter came by to drop off our food). The food ,beverages and service were all amazing... Bruce our bartender provided e xceptional service.... He was warm and very accomodating... I was there on Saturday..... Excellent!!!
State of the art live Music venue. Great sound. Professional production staff. All around high standard venue. I could play there every night!.
Nice landmark restaurant. Huge and historic. Will definitely be back. Drinks were gredt
Love the atmosphere- staff was very friendly. Would have liked a bit more diversity on the menu. But what we ordered was good.
The only good thing was we didn't have to wait long. We were given the wrong menus so we are ordering and the waitress was acting like it was our fault, she's like that's not the right food, that's our lunch menu as if she was agitated. The staff is rude almost all of them. Our waitress wasn't helpful at all and just seemed rushed. She didn't smile, but at a table down from us she was laughing and seemed personable. Won't ever go back. I still left a good tip despite their service. Hope you look to improve.
Fantastic atmosphere, service, and food! I would recommend The Hamilton to all visitors to DC.
