No words can prepare you for the awesome food prepared by chef Connor Tift Rankin at The Half Shell! The textures flavors and presentation of his crab bisque and bacon wrapped beans and entrees are remarkable! The Half Shell is a special treat you must experience. You will not regret it!
One of the best if not the best seafood resturant on the Island. I always eat the raw oysters.
Connor never disappoints! Brought some fresh trout in, and he cooked it beautifully. He humored my husband and fried a piece of his. The rest he cooked in his own seasoning with a lemon/butter sauce. It was AMAZING. Been twice and wowed both times. Will be a mainstay for us!!
This place never ever disappoints!!! Try the BBQ shrimp and grits!!! � Amazing!!!! And the Cajun oysters are out of this world!!!!
