Debbie of ghe Halcomb group was the listing agent when we purchased our home. Two weeks ago we started the process of refinancing our home away from Chase to our credit union. She got us 7 comps and gave us a fair market value. We had an issue with the appraisal company being $46,000 under thr FMV. Because of Debbie and her assistance, the appraisal company came out to reappraise and then adjusted their value of our home. Thank you Debbie for all your help.
