I booked a 9am appointment and was made to wait very long time periods in between every stage of the colouring process, toning, washing, blow drying etc. Despite booking early, my hairdresser was tending to 2-3 other clients (who had arrived approx. hour after my appointment time) at the same time which made the hairdressing service for me around and hour and a half longer than it needed to be. Has a lovely experience here. I don’t get haircuts often but i would definitely choose this place again. I had my hair cut by (i think her name is) Ella. She made me a drink to enjoy whilst she turned me into a Disney princess. THANK YOU!
