Classic bait and switch here. I paid close to $500 when we were quoted $125 over the phone. Would never go back and already told 4 people not to go! Beware.
I wanted vibrantly colored hair and found Kasey on instagram, luckily she had a cancellation so she was able to fit me in pretty fast. Coming from Annapolis to westminster was a hike but totally worth it! Kasey turned me into a fabulous emerald mermaid it's everything I wanted and more. The whole staff was super nice and welcoming and Kasey treats you like you're just a friend coming to get your hair done, she keeps it real and casual.
