Best bars (barbells) around. If you are like me (I'm picky about bars), and use them a lot (squats, cleans, bench), this is the best place to go... They're slightly worn (which I prefer), skinny bars, and they felx but, most importantly, they never bend.
Rich Garvin and Lake Orion Judo have been a long time customer of ours here at KWON USA. Its been a pleasure assisting them with all of there Martial Arts needs. They are very respectful and we would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for your continued support!!!
I love that this place has a huge selection of dumbbells and you can go heavy if you want. Rich is a super good guy who has a wealth of training knowledge. Highly recommend this Club.
I have been going to The Gym of Lake Orion for 8 years now...I believe that speaks volumes; as I have yet to find a reason to switch gyms. The facility is always clean, you never have to wait for equipment, and the owner is always there to offer helpful advice or to have some intellectual conversation with. I definitely recommend The Gym of Lake Orion as your primary fitness facility!

I've been going to the gym of lake orion for 4 years now and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is always welcoming; people helping spot you, clean equipment, rich is always there for a helpful hand and a good laugh. Great place to workout!
