I like the fact that it is 24 hours. It has everything I was looking for in a gym. The best thing is it is affordable !!
Rich is very helpful and knowledgeable. I was worried I would feel out of place. But to my suprise I feel very comfortable. The price is a great price to work out for!

I've been going to The Gym for a while now and it's a great place to workout! Equipment is always free, so you never really have to wait around. And Rich is a great guy, always easy to talk to for advise or just to have a conversation. I'd recommend this gym to anybody.
