Great place to go to anytime of day. Has everything you will need to get a good quality workout and the owner couldn’t be more of a great person. All around great place to go workout.
My husband and I just signed up a few weeks ago, and love this place! You cannot find a better price for 24 hour access and all the equipment they have. They have yet to be super busy, and the owner and his wife have been nothing but curteous! So glad we joined;)

I've been going to The Gym for 4 years now, and it has been a great experience for me. I love the fact that it's 24/7, really convenient if I have to work late, Rich is great, one of my favorite people to have a conversation with and very intelligent in general. I have been making strength and mental gains since I've joined this gym.
Been going here for 3 plus years. Phenomenal classic gym. Great for bodybuilding and everything inbetween. People who rate this one star have a problem with the owner... if you care in general about other people's opinions then that's your problem. (For the record I think you should just stop being a pussy) Rich is a great man who takes pride in what he believes in, and that is rare in this day n age. Also it's open 24 hours which is basically the greatest thing in the entire world of gyms.
Great place to go work out and extremely reasonably priced.
