This is great place, great atmosphere. I've been working out here consistently for about 4 years now and never had any trouble. This is the best deal in town without a doubt, and I have met a lot of great/outstanding people. If you are looking to get started on your fitness this is the place to go and grow.
Great enviornment for my kids, my husband and myself to get what we want out of the gym.
This gym is the best in the area. Best price around and equipment is always clean and ready to use. The owner is great with people and always works to help make your gym experience more enjoyable.
I started going here on a regular basis in February...since then With diet and exercise I'm down 15lbs!! I always feel welcomed and comfortable being there! Great place Great price
