Great food great service fine dining
Went here with my sisters for lunch on a Saturday. Service was a bit slow, but pleasant. We had shrimp linguine, mushroom burger and the flash fried spinach. Very tasty.
We visited the Gruene Door for our date night and had a great time. Our waiter was awesome. He was attentive, informative and not invasive. All of the food was excellent. My husband had the 16 oz ribeye and I had the rack of lamb. I enjoyed their House Cabernet Sauvigon as well. To finish the meal off, we shared their bread pudding, which we highly recommend. One of the very best places ive been in my life!!
We’ve been here twice for dinner and once for lunch. It’s been consistently great. Last night, a Tuesday, we worked late so we made it in just before the closed, around 8:30 pm. Our server David graciously did not rush us and we enjoyed a fantastic meal of the center cut ribeye and the seared tuna. We also sampled their praline cheesecake and the banana pudding w ice cream which were amazing.
