Ten o'clock at night, Lots of steam came from under our hood at the light in front of the complex so we pulled in the driveway. The rent-a-cop immediately left her golf cart and marched over. Steam was pouring out. Instead of politely asking if we needed help, she demanded to see my husband's drivers license. She told us we couldn't have a tow truck come in but we couldn't leave the car or she would have it towed. We live only a few blocks away. Nice neighbors- NOT.
Staff is incredibly thoughtful, and patiently and promptly answered my questions. Leasing Agent Matt has gone above and beyond to meet my needs, Andrea took me on an extensive tour of the apt. area, and spent much time with me, as well as the Maintenance Head. Very quiet, clean- Thus far, it is great!
