RecommendedWow! Although we had to leave the Grove, because we bought a house, the community is one of a kind! The office staff including Hailey, Altheia, Alex and Carl were the best. They always were responsive and courteous. The serviceman and grounds keepers were amazing at keeping the property beautiful and in working order. I will miss The Grove!

They don't refund the deposit and even charge you more with no reason! Without informing me about the final statement, they asked the credit collection company to get my charge back! I was charged for $575 just for cleaning which I left the apartment clean with no damage and $40 for water/trash bill which I already paid it. I called and sent a few emails to the office but nobody replied! It has made such a headache for me to follow up with credit collection company to close this issue!
We’ve been living here since April and we LOVE IT don’t think we will be moving anytime soon. The staff here is AMAZING, and the complex is very clean .
I lived here in 2017. We bought a house of course. It came around tax time and we needed some mail. Well come to find out they mailed out here to our apt! I called and they had my mail. They were nice enough to hold it for me. I def recommend the grove to live at! If we wouldn’t have bought a house we would def still be here! Thank you all☺️😁
Awesome staff in the office as well as maintenance. Grounds are always well kept, love the community events and everything this community has to offer!
The staff does so much for the residents! Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly. We have pizza making parties and a wonderful Christmas party with gifts (echo dot, air fryer, mugs, etc.). It really is a great place to live
