Not a good experience and they are dishonest. My daughter moved out and I personally cleaned the apartment and left it better then when they moved in.(Sadly the apartment was dirty when she moved in), They charged the 3 tenants $400 each($1200 total) for cleaning and painting etc. We were charged $90 to remove trash and the only trash left was a empty moving box in the hall closet.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! The staff is terrible and anytime you have to deal with them will end in frustration. There's insects everywhere and the "exterminator" they send doesn't even do anything. But most importantly, the location is too far from civilization. Don't live here. You've been forewarned.
It's a great college living environment. Management is also excellent if you're looking for someone to stay check out The Grove!
