This place does not work with students or family members. My daughter needed out of her least at the Grove and was told to find someone to take over or pay a $7000. We found someone but needed to move in a week early and they told us no. I would not even give this place one star. The manager is never around and will never return your call. People you even think about this place "Don't".

I live here where apparently my roommate is free to never pay rent, do drugs constantly without any kind of penalty, did I mention he was evicted at the beginning of March too bad the office is too incompetent throwing parties during quarantine outside my window until 2am during curfew and when gatherings of 10 or more are illegal to change the locks when they were supposed to back in March or forcefully remove this junkie like they were supposed to last Tuesday. So far I love the pool and the friendly people who work at the office
I just moved in last week and the only word I have to describe it is disappointing. The apartment was filthy upon arriving and was noticeably smaller than the model that we toured. We had to go out and buy a pantry because we don't even have enough storage space for regular kitchen items let alone food. The staff member that checked our forms about damages was rude and truly did not care about us. She said and I quote, "We didn't give them a chance" to clean the apartment, and "if items are still usable they won't be replace... read more

Roaches galore!! Roaches galore!! Huge flying roaches. I was freaked out. Nobody deserves to live those conditions. This needs to be torn with a sledge hammer. The front desk also said "Roaches are normal for Texas." Really???????
