The perfect place to live if you want to get charged for bs. The waive your fees just so they can get that shit in return by charging you for the bs.
The grove has been my home for 4 years now. All through my undergrad and I hear awful stories about other properties management system. This is not the case for the grove I love their staff and management team. I am also a local real estate agent and have never dealt with better managers.
Not worth the price, moved to a bigger place that's closer to canpus for a lot less!
