Very poor apartment condition and pathetic management I will not recommend Grove apartment, Peoria, IL It worst apartment complex and DO NOT move in. I do not have negative rating otherwise I will give -1 to Grove apartment, Peoria, IL #patheticapartment #patheticapartmentmanagment
Rude manager, issues do not get fixed in a timely manner. But they make sure you pay your rent on time.... would never recommend this place to anyone.....
I hated this place. My husband and I didnt even stay here a whole year. Before we moved they told us that the bottom apartments didn't have a flooding issue and it flooded twice, and had black mold in our apartment for months before we left. The first time it flooded we kept calling and no one came for 5 hours and the next time no one came till the next morning! And all she was worried about was making sure we paid rent and that we had renters insurance. The landlord was rude and didn't move us after she said she would. She ... read more

I have lived here for 2 years. I understand that part of the problems stem from a prior employee stealing a lot if money. Management has told me that the Grove is slowly recovering . I know they fixed up the laundry rooms and made some repairs to the parking lots. I don't use the pool so I can't really comment on that. I would like to see a machine to reload cards in all the lunchroom or lo get hours for the one in the the clubroom. Also, continue tree removal.
