This company is horrible. They don’t pay their bills, they don’t fix tenants’ maintenance issues, and they increase rent for molded and unsafe units. Garbage constantly overflows and blows all over property because they don’t pay the trash company. Tenants are living in pest infested units, ceilings have active leaks, sewage back ups cause flooding and they still put people in the units. The property manager has taken away our dumpsters and is expecting us to carry or drive out garbage to far distances on the property. She has also issued an email stating EVERY tenant will receive a violation for any garbage thrown into the locations of the past dumpsters, even if you did not commit any violation. She apparently does not know what she’s doing in this field of business.
I had several issues when I moved in. At that time I would not have recommended this place. However, new management took over sometime last year. Since then it hasn't been the same. The construction is settling down now. Noise issues from the neighbors have been remedied. All of the previous unfixed issues were addressed and remedied in a timely manner. From the moment I moved in I had issues. I did a lease take over which was not explained clearly. Then the day I moved in there were roaches, the apartment was dirty. It was very apparent that pest control had not been there and no one cleaned up before my move in date. After moving in the ac went out and I sent a maintenance request to get no response. Horrible place to live told Regina that I had mold and nothing done. Also balcony needs to be fixed before someone falls and carpet has staples coming up and I have to hammer them down all the time, you let them know and still nothing done it has been over 4months now.
If you need a roof over your head and can't afford anything better, this is the place for you! Freshly divorced? Desperate for any place with availability? Love the Dunlap school district and don't mind living in a bug infested, moldy, flooded, under staffed, under funded last hope for housing? Come on down! Most horrible place in the world to live Management is horrible loud up noxious in your face. Poor management skills poor people skills lack of communication it would be in your best interest to avoid this place and run
Horrible Our A/c has been down over 5 weeks. Property manager is rude & has no regards for customer service. I wished I had read reviews a little better. Regret moving here.
over 3 weeks to fix AC, 3 years in a row. Been waiting 3 weeks for a repair to AC unit. I tested it before summer got to hot to make sure they would repair it in time and they still have not. Sad thing is this has happened for 3 years. Had a neighbor with an infant who waiting over a month for an AC repair. If you can afford the extra 30$ to live elsewhere, do so.
