I have a 2 bedroom apartment, I’m looking to sublease my room. I pay about 650 a month, including all bills. Carpets are freshly cleaned, roommate is very nice, and it’s a very spacious living area.
Management is awful. My apartment leaked badly during Harvey, and it took them two weeks to do anything about it. It then took nearly a month for them to believe me when I said my apartment smelled like mold. I had gotten sick and so had my boyfriend, who had only been there for a day. Then the leaks started up again recently and it’s taken me over a week to finally talk to the manager!
