I lived here a couple years ago when the management wasn’t too awful. But I’m friends with people that just recently moved out and their experience was horrendous. In the 2 years that they lived there the Grove has changed management 3 to 4 times. Each time a new management team would come in they would change up something in the agreements WITHOUT telling them and would try to force their hand into paying for stuff that they have never had to pay for with the previous management. I need to sublease our room for this school year. I will pay you $1,500 in cash to take our over lease. 3 bedroom, female occupancy. August rent is already paid. With $1,500 cash, that’s about 4 months of free rent. Please IM me if interested.
The management here picks and chooses what they want to do for each individual renter. One leasing agent could say one thing, and then a different leasing agent could say the complete opposite. They put students in positions that completely ruin their credit and they don’t care. They will say whatever they need to make a quick buck, and then turn it into something that was never agreed upon. I do NOT recommend. Worst service and management I have ever experienced. Absolutely unprofessional.

Hey y’all! So I’m moving to dallas in a month and a half because life happens and am looking to find someone to sublet my room in my three bedroom apartment for August 1st, 2018 - July 31st, 2019. It’s fully furnished and the closest building to walk through to gate to the 10 minute walk to class! Seriously the greatest apartment I could ever live in!
