I love this complex!!! I’ve moved all over Huntsville and this is by far the best place to live. The office staff is more than helpful and they all have beautiful personalities😛! Maintenance team 🧰🔨is one of the best things about the grove they are so sweet and come almost immediately after I fill out a work order. The new Property Manager is incredible I seriously have no words on how wonderful he is😉I love the Grove move here and live happily ever after 🙌🏼🏠
My daughter has had nothing but problems since she has lived here.
The office people aren’t always the nicest, and they are not organized! Over Christmas, my roommate and I left. They did inspections on all of the apartments and left our door unlocked! We came back 2 weeks later to find that out! Plus now we have fleas, and the office isn’t concerned about what happened. Don’t live here.
Hey yall! Looking for someone to take over my lease for bedroom B at the Villas on Sycamore starting as soon as possible until July 2019. I have 3 other female roommates who are nice and sweet. Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my short-term lease (until the end of December) at The Grove Huntsville. Because the lease is short-term, I believe that this would be best for you if you are looking for a place to stay only until the end of December while other subleases are usually for long-term (until next July). The rent is $691.45 per month. But since I have received a gift card, the rent for September is free and there is still $308.55 credit balance, so you will have to pay only $382.90 for October. This place has an awful roach problem. I would never recommend anyone living here unless they like bugs. Even if the apartment comes and sprays, it does nothing. We had to set off 2 bombs, place roach motels everywhere and it still didn’t help.
