I am extremely picky about apartments, like most people should be, so I felt like my 2-year experience should be heard. Likes: The units are genuinely spacious. The furniture isn’t the cheap, tiny furniture that most complex’s give you - there’s deep drawers, lots of storage in the desk, a big bedside table, etc. Even though the complex is on the older side, they’ve kept it up to date with plenty of renovations through the years and it feels like being in a newer unit. I am trying to sublease my 3X3 bedroom unit at The Grove in Huntsville. Leases are individual and rent is $520 a month. You know it’s bad when you return home and wonder if you’re ever going to get sleep tonight without having to call the cops on a party. I wish the grove had some rules/enforcers to make sure the residents were looked after. I’m very unhappy with this current situation and would move out in a heartbeat if breaking leases were allowed. Hey everyone! I am looking for someone to re-let my apartment. It is a fully-furnished, 3 bedroom apartment; complete with your own walk-in closet and restroom (you don't have to share!). The cost would be $509.50 per month and up to $25 of your utilities will be covered (water and electricity). Apartment will be cleaned by myself prior to move-in. Looking to sublease my studio efficiency apartment at the republic at Sam Houston Asap! Moving due to personal matters. The apartments as well as the staff are amazing ! My lease ends in July, I pay $750 a month. I will cover the sublet fee and make sure everything else is taken care of!
These are the WORST customer service people I have EVER dealt with. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM!!! Forcing people to move in with nasty fly infested dirty room mates!! TELLING TENANT THEY HACE NO CHOICES!! This managnent is Awful. Stay away!!
