I visit the restaurant pretty regularly and was surprised just how each visit deteriorates from the next. I never really have any issue with the food however the service is starting to get very bad and not what you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. From a waiter who absolutely seemed intoxicated from not remembering our order to not refilling beverage glasses. Great steak and great service!!!
I ate at the Grill in December during a two day conference in San Jose, I knew I would return on my next visit and I did. Both visits I had a delicious meal and great wait staff service! The scallops are incredible and I enjoyed the Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert that was light as air!
